We're based in London, Ontario and serve all of Southwestern Ontario including St. Thomas, Woodstock, Sarnia, Strathroy, Kitchener-Waterloo and beyond. We also handle long-distance moves across Canada.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed and carrying both liability and cargo insurance. Certificates are available on request for property managers and commercial clients.

How early should I book?

2–4 weeks in advance is ideal, especially for weekends and month-end. We also accommodate last-minute moves when our schedule allows.

How much does moving cost?

We provide customized quotes based on the size of your move, distance, access conditions, and any specialty items. You'll always receive a clear, upfront estimate with no hidden fees. Typical local moves start from $450 plus HST.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. Besides the hourly rate and special/heavy item handling fee (if applicable), there are no other fees. No fuel surcharges for local moves, no stair fees, and no surprise add-ons.

Do you offer flat-rate pricing?

For local moves, we are priced hourly, however, we have options of flat rate pricing for long distance moves. Give our office a call to discuss your options!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept e-transfer, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit and cash.

Do you offer packing services?

Yes — full and partial packing. We bring all materials and our crew packs room by room.

Do you sell moving boxes?

Yes. We sell premium new boxes and supplies, or include them in your packing service.

Can you pack just the fragile items?

Absolutely. Many customers book partial packing for the kitchen, art and electronics and pack the rest themselves.

What time will you arrive?

We give you a 30-minute arrival window. Most moves start between 8 and 9 AM, with afternoon slots also available.

What should I do to prepare?

Pack and clearly label all fragile items. Use appropriate TV boxes to pack TVs and prepare electronics before moving day.

Do you disassemble furniture?

Yes — beds, tables and most flat-pack furniture are disassembled and reassembled at no extra charge.

What if something gets damaged?

Our crews are trained to prevent damage, but if anything happens, we handle claims quickly and fairly through our insurance.
